Directions
- Clean the chicken and chop it. Prepare a broth using the chicken bones. Wash the plums and chop them finely, also chop the walnuts, wash the herbs and chop them finely.
- Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop them, and sauté them in the pan for 2 minutes. Add the ground chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Then add the plums, walnuts, herbs, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Cut the top off the apples, core them, and fill them with the filling. ≈ 10 min
- Arrange the filled apples in a deep dish or baking pan, place a piece of butter on each, and cover them with their lids.
- Pour the in chicken broth, cover with aluminum foil or a lid, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 15 to 20 minutes.
