Directions

  1. Cut the pork into appropriately sized pieces, place them in a bowl, and then mix them with soy sauce, fish oil, pepper, an egg, and a small amount of sugar. ≈ 8 min
  2. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients. ≈ 4 min
  3. Lightly crush the noodles to separate them. ≈ 4 min
  4. Soak the cabbage leaves and carrots in salted water for 15 minutes.
  5. Next, remove them and cut off the tough stems. ≈ 8 min
  6. Reserve the leaves in a pot. ≈ 3 min
  7. Heat a skillet over medium or high heat.
  8. Add some oil paint, then return to combining the garlic and marinated meat.
  9. Once the pork is almost cooked, increase the heat and add the cabbage and carrots. ≈ 3 min
  10. Bring them back quickly until they are tender, then remove them from the pan.
  11. Add a small amount of oil paint to the pan.
  12. Crack the eggs and gently mix them until they begin to thicken. ≈ 4 min
  13. Add the noodles, fish broth, sugar, and sesame oil.
  14. Bring all the ingredients together and mix them thoroughly.
  15. The goal is to ensure that the noodles are well-seated in the pan, so that they absorb the flavors from the cooking process (this is especially true if you are using a cast iron pan).
  16. Next, remove the cabbage leaves and the ground meat from the heat. ≈ 3 min
  17. Mix them together and continue to stir until they begin to emit a faint smoky odor, then turn off the heat. ≈ 4 min
  18. Place the shrimp in a bowl, season with pepper, and serve. ≈ 2 min
