Directions
- Finely chop the meat and the baked apples, then mix them together. ≈ 4 min
- Boil the eggs, then mash them.
- Mix them with softened butter, add vinegar, pepper, and salt. ≈ 4 min
- Next, mix thoroughly with the meat. ≈ 4 min
- Chop the carrots into small pieces, then mix them with the ingredients mentioned earlier. ≈ 8 min
- Place the ingredients in round, high metal containers, then seal them tightly.
- Place all the ingredients in a pot filled with water, and position the round containers in the center.
- Once the flesh is tender, remove it. Then, cut it into 2 cm pieces. ≈ 8 min
