Sprouted ragi dosa with yogurt
Thin crepes made with sprouted ragi flour, mixed with rice flour and yogurt, are cooked on a pan and drizzled with ghee: a light, gluten-free breakfast.
Ragi dosa is a more nutritious version of the traditional South Indian crepe. Ragi, a grain rich in calcium, gives it a slightly sweet flavor.
