Spicy ground beef, red bean and wasabi pie
A very flavorful savory pie: a pastry crust filled with ground beef cooked with onions, garlic, bell peppers, and kidney beans, seasoned with chili pepper…
This pie is a creation of amateur Swedish cooks: it features a filling similar to chili con carne, with added ginger and wasabi, and is simmered for ten minutes before being poured over a pre-baked pie crust.
