Directions
- In a bowl, combine the chili pepper, turmeric, salt, ginger and garlic paste, cilantro, pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Make cuts on both sides of the cleaned fish. ≈ 3 min
- Rub the fish with the marinade, ensuring it is well distributed.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes, then heat some coconut oil in a pan.
- Fry the marinated fish until it is golden brown.
- Serve immediately, and if you wish, garnish with a few French fry leaves.
