Chicken liver paella
Paella, cooked in chicken stock with peppers, tomatoes, and pan-fried chicken liver, served with a fresh salad.
This Spanish-style rice dish is simmered with onion, bell pepper, and tomato in chicken stock. Pan-fried chicken liver is placed in the center before serving.

Directions
- Chop the onions into slices and the bell peppers into long strips, then sauté them together for about 2 minutes in 3 tablespoons of oil.
- Add the rinsed rice and spread it in the center of the pot. Arrange the peeled and sliced tomatoes around it, in a circular pattern. ≈ 3 min
- Pour, approximately 500 ml of pre-made chicken stock, then let it simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, return to adding the liver to the rest of the oil paint, then place it in the center of the rice.
- Salt, pepper, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. ≈ 2 min
- Serve with a fresh salad. ≈ 2 min
