Directions
- Combine the flour and the other ingredients for the dough. ≈ 4 min
- Knead the dough, wrap it in cling film, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Please add the chopped onion back to the dish.
- Grate the cheese, then mix it with an egg, chopped parsley, chopped onion, and chopped garlic. ≈ 4 min
- Season to taste. ≈ 2 min
- Prepare the dough, cut it into circles, and brush them with melted butter. ≈ 8 min
- Decorate each round, roll them up, seal the edges, and then brush the top with egg. ≈ 10 min
- Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at a high temperature for 10 minutes.
