Directions
- Let the fish block defrost for a while, but not completely. Cut it into pieces about 2 cm thick. Bring water to a boil in a pot with the Jamaican hot peppers, 3/4 of a teaspoon of salt, and chopped onion.
- Once the water is boiling, add the fish pieces and let them cook for about 10 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
- Combine the dill, lemon pepper, and lemon juice with the sour cream. Adjust the salt to taste. Let it rest for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop (especially if using frozen dill).
- Serve with freshly cooked root vegetables and green peas (green beans are also a good option). ≈ 2 min
