Small pouches with prune and grape filling
Apple ravioli filled with prune and grape jam, marinated in rum, poached, and then pan-fried in butter. A classic Viennese dish.
These Viennese ravioli are made with a soft potato-based dough. The filling, which consists of powidl (a prune jam), is quite sweet, making it a good accompaniment.
