Directions
- Heat the oil paint and Bam spices in a pan.
- Wash the white cabbage and finely chop it. Add it to the pan and stir until all the pieces are in contact with the oil and seasonings.
- Add half a cup of water and bring to a boil. Then, cover the pot and reduce the heat, stirring occasionally. If the onions are starting to burn, add a little more water. Simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the onions are tender.
- Roughly chop the parsley or cilantro. Add them. ≈ 8 min
- Add the terracotta apples and, for example, sausages or merguez: add them after adding the water, then add an extra cup of water. ≈ 3 min
- Serve with shawarma, marinated and fried tofu cubes, or a meat alternative of your choice. ≈ 2 min
