Directions
- First, cook the green beans, then let them cool.

- Next, remove the skin and chop the beans into small pieces. ≈ 8 min

- Season the shrimp with salt and turmeric, then lightly fry them.

- Heat sesame oil in a pan, then add the chopped fresh chili peppers.

- Continue to cook for a few more minutes, adding the chopped ginger and garlic.

- Mix the spices with a little water until they are well combined.

- Then, add the French-fried shrimp and the cooked vegetable pieces.

- Cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, to ensure the ingredients combine well.

- The kachou leaves release water, so the dish will be quite dry. ≈ 3 min

- If you prefer a slightly higher humidity level, you can add a small amount of water. ≈ 3 min
