Directions
- Combine all the ingredients and knead the dough until it is no longer sticky. ≈ 10 min
- Next, we let it rest for about 30 minutes.
- Next, we take a quantity of dough, roughly the size of a hazelnut, or perhaps a little more, and shape it into a regular oval form. ≈ 10 min
- Next, we place the fish and create highlights on the surface of the dough, thus recreating the holes in the funnel. ≈ 3 min
- At this point, we pour the mixture into a pan with warm oil paint, allowing it to heat up and turn golden. Then, we transfer it to a container, such as a sieve, and let it cool for a few hours, so that the excess oil paint can drain away.
- Next, we pour the prepared honey into a bowl and add the almonds. ≈ 3 min
- Of course, instead of adding coffee to the honey, you can add sugar and cinnamon powder. ≈ 3 min
