Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and sugar, then make a well in the center. ≈ 4 min
- Then, pour in the melted butter, the whole eggs, the salt, and the pre-diluted yeast mixture in a small amount of water. ≈ 3 min
- Thoroughly mix, then incorporate 150g of sesame seeds. ≈ 4 min
- Add the milk after it has been warmed, then knead until a smooth, elastic dough is formed (approximately 15 minutes).
- Make small balls, about the size of a tangerine, and place them on a lightly greased griddle. ≈ 3 min
- Coat them with egg yolk and sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds. ≈ 4 min
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes before baking in a preheated oven at 180 °C (thermostat 6) for 20 to 30 minutes.
