Seared sirloin with light yogurt sauce
Golden, brightly-colored strip loin steaks, coated in a light sauce made with broth, mustard, and low-fat yogurt, served with crispy fried onions.
This Brazilian dish is made with a light yogurt, resulting in a less rich sauce. The meat remains juicy, provided it is properly browned.
