Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Mix the flour, water, and salt together until a smooth dough forms. ≈ 10 min
- Spread the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm (it will become thinner during baking). ≈ 4 min
- Bake the entire dough for 30 minutes.
- Take it out, cut it into squares of about 8 cm, and prick them with rows of holes using a fork so that they cook through properly. ≈ 8 min
- Turn the cookies over and return them to the oven for another 30 minutes.
