Directions
- Break the bread into pieces about 2 cm in size and wrap it in a damp dishcloth to allow it to absorb moisture. ≈ 3 min
- Peel the tomatoes and cut them into large chunks. ≈ 8 min
- Wash the peppers and peel the onion, then chop them into pieces that are not too small. ≈ 8 min
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread, tomatoes, peppers, onion, and flaked fish. If you are using canned fish in olive oil, add the oil as well; otherwise, add about 6 tablespoons of olive oil. ≈ 4 min
- Season with salt and pepper, and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
