Directions
- Squeeze the tangerines and oranges, then dilute the resulting juice with water until you have 250 ml. ≈ 3 min
- On a work surface, place the flour and make a well in the center. Add half of the coarsely chopped walnuts, sugar, prepared juice, lemon zest, orange blossom water, cinnamon, baking soda, and vanilla. ≈ 3 min
- Knead until the mixture is smooth and consistent. ≈ 10 min
- Cut out strips approximately 2 cm in diameter and 8 cm in length, then shape them into circles. ≈ 10 min
- Arrange the crescent rolls on a baking sheet lined with butter, leaving enough space between them for them to rise.
- Coat the surface with a mixture of beaten egg yolk. ≈ 4 min
- Bake in the oven at 120 °C for approximately 30 minutes.
- Once the crescent rolls are golden brown, remove them from the oven and let them cool.
