Directions
- Place the apples in a pot of water and bring to a boil.
- Rinse them thoroughly and peel them carefully. ≈ 8 min
- Place the apples in a large mixing bowl. ≈ 4 min
- Pour in the concentrated milk. ≈ 3 min
- Once the mixture is homogeneous, add the cream. ≈ 3 min
- Season with salt, sugar, and pepper to your liking. ≈ 2 min
- Serve the purée on its own or with a mushroom sauce. ≈ 2 min
