Directions
- Cut the chicken into pieces after washing it beforehand. ≈ 8 min
- Finely chop the onion into 4 pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Finely chop the carrots into rounds. ≈ 8 min
- First, heat the oil in a pan. Then, fry the chicken pieces for 5 minutes on each side.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, salt, bay leaf, and carrots. ≈ 3 min
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, then add the green beans, mushrooms, and white wine (or beer).
- Once the liquid starts to boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add the flour, mix well, and continue to cook for an additional 2 minutes.
