Directions
- In a pot, place half of the butter and the onion. ≈ 3 min
- Let the onion soften. ≈ 3 min
- Add the rice and stir. ≈ 4 min
- Add the sliced mushrooms and their liquid, and mix until everything is almost dry. ≈ 4 min
- Add the wine and allow it to reduce, then gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly.
- Once the rice is cooked, add the cream, Parmesan cheese, and the remaining butter. ≈ 3 min
- Turn off the fire and serve. ≈ 2 min
