Directions
- First, sauté the chopped onion in olive oil in a pot, then cook the rice.
- Pour soften the rice, pour a half-glass of white wine over it. ≈ 3 min
- Add the meat broth and continue cooking the rice.
- Once the rice is cooked, combine it with the walnuts, gorgonzola, herbs, butter, and Parmesan. ≈ 3 min
- Serve immediately. ≈ 2 min
