Directions
- Prepare a broth using the bones, bay leaf, onion, and salt, and let it simmer for about 1 hour.
- Chop the vegetables and apple, add them to the broth and bring to a boil. Add the rice. When it is tender, season with lemon juice, then pour the beaten egg mixed with a little water into the soup. Finally, thicken with flour mixed with cream. You can omit the onion.
- Pour each serving, pour over and garnish with parsley. ≈ 2 min
