- white rice: 1/4 cup, rice glue: 7/8 cup, cane sugar: 75 grams, activated charcoal derived from burnt coconut fibers. ≈ 3 min

- Soak the rice in lime water overnight, then grind it using the soaking water. Add cane sugar until it is completely dissolved. Filter the mixture into a pot.$0.34
- Add activated charcoal powder, mix until you achieve a consistency that is almost ready. Pour into a dish and let it cool. Cut into squares, then mix with shredded coconut. This will create a black paste. Once ready, simply pour into plates, and you will have a delicious dessert.$0.60
