Directions
- Wash and drain the cooked rice. ≈ 2 min
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the rice, sugar, and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the rice is golden brown.
- Add the ground flour and mix well. Continue to cook for a few more minutes.
- Add a small amount of warm water while continuing to mix to prevent lumps. Form balls with the dough. ≈ 10 min
- Melt butter in a pan and fry the rice until it is golden brown.
- Let it cool on paper towels.
- Drain the hard-boiled egg and cut it in half. Melt some butter in a pan and cook each half of the hard-boiled egg until golden brown.
- Arrange the rice-filled handguns on a plate, and place the halves of hard-boiled eggs on top. ≈ 3 min
