Directions

  1. Season and pepper the cutlets, then cut them into 1 cm x 5 cm strips and dredge them in a little flour.
  2. Dice the peaches and add them. ≈ 8 min
  3. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes, then deglaze with a little peach juice from the can.
  4. Add the cream and curry, then simmer until a smooth, creamy sauce forms. Thicken with peach juice.
  5. Adjust the seasoning with curry powder, salt, and pepper. ≈ 2 min
  6. Serve immediately with rice. ≈ 2 min
