Red pepper and thyme soup
A creamy soup made with bell peppers, enhanced with fresh garlic and thyme, that can be prepared in about 30 minutes using simple vegetables and broth.
The bell pepper adds a vibrant color and a natural sweetness to the soup. The fresh thyme provides an herbaceous note without making the flavor too complex.
