Directions

  1. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. ≈ 2 min
  2. Next, combine them in a blender or with a hand mixer. ≈ 4 min
  3. Combine the candied fruits in a bowl, add the sugar and vanilla, and then mix well. ≈ 4 min
  4. Cook the mixture until it thickens, then continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Then, add the lemon and blend thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
  6. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add the lemon zest along with 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar, and mix well. ≈ 4 min
  8. Let it simmer again for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Remove from the heat and add the champagne, mixing for about 20 to 30 seconds. ≈ 4 min
  10. The jam is ready. ≈ 3 min
