Directions
- Mix 100g of flour with the egg, then gradually add the milk to create a soft dough. Season with salt and pepper, and let it rest for at least two hours.
- Peel and boil the potatoes in salted, boiling water, then drain them before mashing with a fork.
- Combine the flaked fish, onion, garlic, and cayenne pepper, then add everything to the dough. ≈ 4 min
- Grease your hands and form small balls with the mixture. ≈ 10 min
- Place the balls in the hot oil of the deep-fat fryer, and remove them as soon as they are nicely golden brown.
- Serve it hot, with a warm or cold tomato sauce. ≈ 2 min
