Radicchio and gorgonzola arancini
Arancini made with leftover risotto featuring radicchio from Treviso, filled with creamy gorgonzola, breaded, and deep-fried.
Arancini are traditional Italian stuffed rice balls, but here, we’ve given them a twist with Treviso red cabbage and a filling of gorgonzola cheese.
