Directions
- Find a large enough pot to fit the poultry. ≈ 3 min
- Place the poultry in the pot and cover with water. ≈ 3 min
- Cooking time is approximately one hour, depending on the size of the bird. ≈ 3 min
- Add the bacon and saffron. ≈ 3 min
- Continue to cook over low heat for 20 minutes to cook the bacon.
- Set the poultry aside. ≈ 3 min
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks. ≈ 4 min
- Add the remaining ingredients and the broth.
- Cook for another 10 minutes.
