Directions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until they are tender.
- Drain the apples and mash them with a blender or a fork. ≈ 4 min
- Pour the milk into a pot, add the chopped onions, and cook over high heat until they are tender.
- Drain the green onions, reserving the broth.
- Add the drained green onions to the mashed potatoes and mix well. ≈ 4 min
