Directions
- Peel the potatoes and boil them in lightly salted water.
- Before they cool completely, mash them with a fork, adding a little of the cooking liquid if needed. The puree should remain thick.
- In a separate pan, heat the oil paint. Then, in the following order, add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms, chopped garlic, and diced bacon. Stir until everything is nicely browned. Remove the excess oil paint, but reserve it.
- Add the puree and cook the mixture, shaping it into a round, flat pancake. Finally, add a few drops of the reserved oil paint to prevent sticking and to ensure even browning on both sides.
