This Malaysian-style fried rice combines the sweetness of pineapple, chicken, shrimp, squid, and eggs, all enhanced by garlic, ginger, and oyster sauce. It’s a complete dish, perfect for using up leftover rice.

Directions
- Heat the oil paint in a pan.
- Whisk the eggs and cook them, then set them aside.
- First, fry the breaded shrimp, then set them aside.
- Bring back the garlic, Allium ascalonicum, ginger, oyster sauce, shrimp, squid, and fish pâté, then add the chopped pineapple.
- Once the mixture has infused, add the rice and mix thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
- Add the salt, sugar, and white pepper. ≈ 3 min
- Add the scrambled eggs and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Serve the rice with a salad and the fried shrimp.
