Directions

  1. Cook the brown rice for approximately 40 minutes in a pot with 5 times its weight in salted water (12 minutes in a pressure cooker).
  2. Rinse it under water, drain it, and let it sit for a few minutes. ≈ 2 min
  3. Do the same with white rice, for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the type of rice.

  5. Place the two types of rice in a large salad bowl. ≈ 3 min

  7. Gently mix with two spoons. ≈ 4 min
