Pork arista with white grapes
A Tuscan recipe: sautéed white grapes in garlic-infused oil until browned, slices of pork loin seared and then soaked in broth and white wine.
This dish, with its strong pork flavor, contrasts with the sweetness and delicacy of the grapes.
