Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl until a smooth dough forms. ≈ 4 min
- Start with a small amount of water, and then add the yeast. ≈ 3 min
- Then, add the remaining water, salt, and oil paint. ≈ 3 min
- Add the flour and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- If the dough is too wet, you can add a little more flour. ≈ 3 min
- (If the dough is too dry, you might be able to add a little water, but this could make the dough too sticky.) ≈ 3 min
- Let the dough rise for 20 minutes.
- Spread the dough evenly on a griddle. ≈ 3 min
- You can use parchment paper, or alternatively, grease the mold beforehand. ≈ 3 min
- Add the desired topping. ≈ 3 min
- Continue baking at approximately 220-230 °C for about 15-20 minutes, until the pizza is cooked through.

- A common approach is to use tomato sauce and cheese, and then add meat or vegetables. ≈ 3 min
- In many cases, it is best to place the sauce and cheese beneath the other ingredients. ≈ 3 min
