Directions
- Mix the bulgur with olive oil, then add salt and water. Let it rest for 2 hours.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in olive oil. Then, add the ground meat and continue to cook, stirring constantly. Once the meat is browned, add the chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Remove from the heat and let cool.
- Add flour to the semolina and mix to form a dough. Then, shape small, oval patties (using one spoonful of dough per patty). Place a spoonful of filling on each patty and seal the edges. ≈ 10 min
- Fry the croquettes in hot oil until they are golden brown. Serve hot, with a squeeze of lemon.
