This Azerbaijani salad combines smoked chicken breast, tender carrots cooked in a pan, green peas, and marinated onions. A touch of mayonnaise brings it all together.

Directions
- Slice the onion into half-moons. ≈ 8 min
- Marinate it in water, sugar, and vinegar.
- Let it rest for about 1 hour.
- Grate the carrots using the small grater. ≈ 8 min
- Please, return the carrots to the pot for a few minutes to soften them.
- Let them cool down.
- Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Combine the carrots, chicken, green peas, and onion in a large salad bowl. ≈ 4 min
- Add the mayonnaise and mix again. ≈ 4 min
- Transfer to another dish and garnish. ≈ 2 min
