Directions
- Wash the carrots, potatoes, celery, and onions, then chop them into large pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Melt the butter in a saucepan.
- Add the flour and mix well.
- Pour in 1 litre of chicken broth and the wine.
- Bring to a boil over high heat and cook for 5 minutes.
- Continue cooking the chopped vegetables in the remaining broth.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, transfer them to a blender. ≈ 3 min
- Add the lemon juice and mustard to the soup. ≈ 3 min
- Serve with cream and chips. ≈ 2 min
