Directions
- Cook the crepes and set aside.
- Melt the chopped Allium ascalonicum in butter, add the chopped mushrooms, and season.
- Cover and let the juice sit. ≈ 3 min
- Then, discover and allow the water to simmer gently.
- Add a little cream to the duxelles. ≈ 3 min
- Prepare each crepe as follows: place a half slice of ham on the crepe, then add a tablespoon of duxelles. ≈ 10 min
- Roll up the crepe and place it in a gratin dish. ≈ 3 min
- Apply a generous amount of cream. ≈ 3 min
- Sprinkle with grated cheese. ≈ 2 min
- Bake in a preheated oven at thermostat setting 7 (220 °C) for approximately 10-20 minutes.
