Directions
- Chop the onion into pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Bring it back to the pot and simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Clean the pastern flowers and cut off the edible parts, leaving the roots. ≈ 8 min
- Add the pastis and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the in the broth and let the pastis cook for about 20 minutes, until it is tender.
