Creamy risotto with Parmesan cheese and white wine
A classic risotto: finely chopped onion, Arborio rice, white wine, broth added ladle by ladle, followed by butter and Parmesan cheese for a creamy texture.
Risotto is a rice dish cooked in broth, with broth gradually added. The starch in the rice gives it its creamy texture, and the butter and Parmesan cheese complete the dish, creating a rich and satisfying flavour. It’s a simple base that can be adapted in countless ways.
