Directions
- Mash the eggs, separating the yolks from the whites. ≈ 4 min
- Combine the flour, vanilla, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl. Mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Add the egg yolks and the oil paint. Mix until the mixture is smooth. ≈ 4 min
- Add the pandan juice, and gently mix until the mixture is smooth. ≈ 4 min
- whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl with the salt, then gradually add the sugar while continuing to whisk. ≈ 4 min
- Add the baking soda and mix continuously until the mixture is well combined. ≈ 4 min
- Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the mixture containing the flour and other ingredients. ≈ 4 min
- Gently mix until the mixture is uniform. ≈ 4 min
- Grease the tart tin and line it with parchment paper. ≈ 3 min
- Pour the batter into the mold and sprinkle with chocolate pieces. ≈ 3 min
- Bake in a preheated oven (baking time: 40-50 minutes).
