Directions
- Melt the butter, add it to the milk, and heat until it reaches room temperature.
- Dissolve the yeast in the liquid. ≈ 3 min
- Whisk the eggs with the sugar, then add the mixture to the liquid base. ≈ 4 min
- Combine the salt, saffron, and most of the flour with the dough, then knead well. ≈ 10 min
- Cover a container and leave it to expand in a warm place until it doubles in volume. ≈ 3 min
