Directions
- Boil the lamb for 2 minutes in a pot with a little water, then drain.
- Cut the meat into pieces of the desired size. ≈ 8 min
- Season generously with pepper, cayenne, nutmeg, garlic, bouillon cubes, and salt.
- Brush the meat with oil paint and then roast it in the oven.
