Neapolitan gattò, potato cake with ham
Naples-style apple cake: a creamy mixture of butter, Parmesan cheese, eggs, ham, scamorza, and mozzarella, baked with breadcrumbs.
The apple and earth cake, also known as “pizza di mele e terra,” is a traditional Italian dish that can be adapted in many ways. Here, we have adapted it for a Belgian audience, adding cheeses and spices to create a unique flavor.
