Directions
- Soak the beans in plenty of cold water. You can change the water every 12 hours.
- Cook the beans for about 1 hour in water with salt and pepper.
- Check that they are tender after an hour; if not, continue cooking for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Drain the beans and place them in a serving dish. ≈ 2 min
- Chop the quarter of an onion into small dice. ≈ 8 min
- Crush the 2 medium-sized cloves of Allium sativum. ≈ 4 min
- Finely chop the parsley. ≈ 8 min
- Add the parsley, onion, and garlic to the beans, then the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, and add the juice of a quarter of a lemon. ≈ 2 min
