Directions
- Stir the chicken broth and cilantro into the marinade liquid until fully dissolved. Set aside.
- Place the meat on a plate. Drizzle with marinade, turning the slices to ensure they are well coated. Set aside.
- Combine the flour and cornstarch in a bowl, add the remaining dough ingredients, and mix well. Then, incorporate the chopped onion. ≈ 4 min
- Heat a large amount of oil paint in a pan. Dip the tempé into the paste and fry it only halfway. Remove and drain.
- Combine the hot peppers with the sweet soy sauce, then add the fried onions and lime juice. ≈ 4 min
- Serve the dish with the sauce. ≈ 2 min
