Directions
- Heat the oil in a pan and gently fry the garlic until it is softened.
- When the garlic cloves are lightly golden, remove them with a slotted spoon. ≈ 3 min
- Pat the garlic bulbs dry on paper towels to remove any excess oil. ≈ 2 min
- In the same pan, heat the peanuts over low to medium heat until they are golden brown.
- Remove the peanuts and pat them dry on paper towels to remove excess oil paint. ≈ 2 min
- Mix the peanut butter and garlic. ≈ 4 min
- Sprinkle with a little salt before serving. ≈ 2 min
